NSTU site was developed by a group of students.The group was named CSTE WEB GROUP.The group started its journey from developing a website of Department of CSTE(www.cste.nstu.edu.bd).Then they proceeded to manage a online interactive sytem for NSTU CENTRAL LIBRARY(www.library.nstu.edu.bd).And finally they managed to develop a dynamic website for NSTU.
